All the King's Men Movie Story Synopsis

This Drama, a remake of the 1949 movie with the same title, was released on September 22nd 2006, directed by Steven Zaillian and lasts 120 minutes. The movie is loosely based upon the life Huey P. Long, former Louisiana governor, who had a redistribution of Wealth program with the motto "Every Man a King" to fight poverty during the depression. This film tells the story of a man's rise to power in the world of politics and corruption, and the betrayal that leads to his downfall.
